The head is a small 2mm round and shows just the jewel. The thin jewelled disc that push fit inside the labret will sit nice and flat on your skin, and the jewel itself is a very nice pointed stone, either in the Swaorski Crystal or for an extra €3.00 the top quality cubic zirconia from Signity, the best quality cz available on the market today.
