One of the balls are attached to the bar, and the other one is fitted by just pushing it onto the bar to obtain a tight fit. In the unfortunate event that you badly catch your piercing, the ball will pop out and you will avoid damage to your piercing ! You might loose the ball, or may be not, but at the price these push-fit balls are sold on this page, it's really not worth taking the risk, don't you think ?

In addition, BioFlex is a transparent steam sterilisable medical grade plastic, ultra-light, flexible and adjustable in length using a simple cutter blade ! Recommended to help healing your piercings ! The push-fit system is not recommended for tongue piercing.
